Common questions

What happens after the FREE trial?

During the FREE trial you will have the option to request a demo with one of the specialist team to ensure you get the most out of your free trial and use all the functionality of SurveyMe. If at the end of the trial you do not want to upgrade to either a Pro or Pay-As-You-Go account then your account will be closed and all surveys and results will be lost.


What happens if I sign up to Pay-As-You-Go account and then don’t use it?

The beauty of Pay-As-You-Go account is that you can use and pay for one month and then come back anytime in the future and your surveys and results will still be there. You can then choose to pay for another month if you wish at any time.


Am I limited to how many times I can access my reports or change questions?

There are no limitations on how many times you can change your questions on any of our pricing plans. You are also able to download and access your reports as many times as you want. The only exception to this is if your free trial account lapses before you upgrade to Pro, Pay-As-You-Go or Enterprise, in this case all surveys and results are lost and you are not able to change questions or download your data.

What pricing plan should I use if I have more than one branch in my business and I want to be able to compare them?

If you have more than one physical location and you want to be able to compare their survey results then the best plan is a Pro and then you simply add the additional locations from the drop down box. Alternatively if you want to compare teams or individuals in teams you will need to purchase additional ‘locations’ for you to be able to pin rewards and surveys specifically for them in order to compare. If you need any help with this then please contact us and we will talk you through it.


What do I do if I need help creating the questions for my survey?

Firstly, you are not alone so please do not worry we are here to help you. A good place to start is to look at our blog as we often write about how to create the best surveys, depending on what you are trying to achieve. We can give examples of good questions to ask in your survey. Alternatively book a free demo with one of the specialist team who can give you advice and help you create your survey.


SurveyMe is FREE to registered charities

We know how important giving to good causes is for any business so rather than offering discounts to Registered Charities we salute your admirable work by giving you a SurveyMe Pro account completely free. This Pro account will be restricted to a single user and one branded logo. Experience has told us that charities can find unusual ways to use SurveyMe to raise money, gather research or test new products/services.

Accounts are granted by request only and cannot be applied retrospectively. The free Pro account will be offered only to corporations, trusts and foundations that are solely for charitable purposes and rely on charitable donations from the general public.
